Details: SUMMARY: Violation resolution DETAILS: Facility no longer in business. Dan Leasure informed me the facility hadnt renewed the 2011 mobile unit license. I drove by and the mobile unit has been removed from its location. ACTION NEEDED: Submit inventory update to inactivate the system.
