| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation resolution DETAILS: System served a small market as well as a mobile unit licensed by this office. Both facilities are not longer in business. Karen Leben informed me the mobile unit hadnt renewed the 2011 license. Karen drove by the location and the mobile unit is closed & empty. Karon called the state to let them know she no longer operated the store and it is empty. ACTION NEEDED: Submit inventory update to inactivate the system | ||
