Details:	Repeat and replacement repeats in two separate city hall sinks TC+. All other distribution and source samples absent. Spoke with ken and they will investigate plumbing in facility and flush. Chlorinate through DCVA if necessary. Specials will be taken in the building for diagnostics and additional routines taken in October as follow up compliance samples. Ken or Jake will complete and submit level one investigation form.
