Take 4 repeat samples with one being from the source. Next month he will need to take five temporary routine samples. Advised we would do follow up once the 4 repeat samples have been tested to plan next steps for disinfection if needed. ACTION NEEDED: 4 repeat samples ASAP 5 temporary routine samples next month | ||
