| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up nitrate violation DETAILS: Contacted operator and he noted they did the nitrate sample in 2009. Mr. Ensign noted the turbitity was submitted late. He was reminded that it must be turned in by the 10th of the month. In the future he will send in on time. Also, as far as the coliform samples he stated that one sample had been mixed up and they reported 3 in November. System has already samples for January ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
