| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Talked with Andy regarding results from 2/13/11 sample. Advised him to take four repeat samples with one being from the source. Next month he will need to take five temporary routine samples he stated they do have UV light disinfection but that it had not been hooked up for sometime and he had not had a problem until now. Advised him we would to follow up once the 4 repeat samples have been tested to plan next steps for disinfection if needed. ACTION NEEDED: 4 repeats ASAP. 5 temporary routine samples next month. | ||
