Details: SUMMARY: Lead & Copper exceeded action level DETAILS: Sent letter stating action level during sampling October 9, 2008, March 19, 2009, June 30, 2010 & December 7th,2010. This has been an ongoing problem for the past 2 years with no resolution or plan of action for compliance. Sent list of Oregons OAR ruling. ACTION NEEDED: Must send letter of recommendation within 2 months of exceeding the lead action level which is 2/28/11
