| Details: | SUMMARY: previous survey sig. deficiencies evaluation DETAILS: I made a site visit to North Hill Water Corporation to verify corrections to significant deficiencies noted from the survey done in 2010. Emergency Response Plan was completed, Operations and Maintenance manual was stored in the well building, and consumer confidence reports had been completed. ACTION NEEDED: DWP-Pendleton stamped and sent the ERP verification form to Portland. A letter stating all deficiencies were corrected was sent to the water system and also to Tawni Bean, OBDD. | ||
