Details: SUMMARY: coliform violation DETAILS: We have been unable to find a contact for this system for 15 years. I wrote a letter to all property owners believed to be connected to this system asking for a contact to be designated and to contact me. If/when someone contacts me I will follow up with the violation. System appears to have never sampled for coliform or any other required chemical. ACTION NEEDED: none
