| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive Total Coliform/Review of Chlorination System DETAILS: HBH was contacted to provide assistance to the system due to persistent positive coliform hits in the distribution system. The system has a population of 90 people with 27 connections. The water system consists of a single well and bladder pressure tanks which maintain system pressure. Water from the well had previously been chlorinated for residual, however, this practice was discontinued after the well was rehabilitated. HBH visited the system to inspect system and discuss options for both emergency and long term chlorination of distribution system. HBH corresponded with Clackamas County Health Department regarding emergency as the chlorine dosing pump had not been in operation for some years, the park owner required training on it operation. HBH revisited the site to assist with this training. ACTION NEEDED: Provide continued assistance if coliform problems persist. | ||
