| Details: | SUMMARY: Stage 2 DBPB SMP Assistance DETAILS: System was referred by DWP for assistance to complete Stage 2 IDSE report that was due July 1, 2010 and not yet submitted. HBH met with Bill Mitchell to review and evaluate the results of the one year monitoring of samples collected at sites identified in the original IDSE submitted in 2008 to USEPA. Upon review of data, the system did not collect sufficient samples (one quarter only) during the designated sampling schedule. I contacted Gregg Baird, Carrie Gentry and Evan Hofeld DWP, for guidance and further information. I obtained a system map and prepared a new SMP with updated monitoring schedule and submitted maps and plans to the system and DWP. DWP acknowledged receipt of the map and SMP. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor system DBP results on a quarterly basis and calculate RAA after four rounds. | ||
