| Details: | SUMMARY: Contact regarding nitrate violation DETAILS: Violation for monitoring & reporting nitrite for the 1/1/-2 - 12/31/10. I discussed issue with Randy and he indicated that the sample was drawn with the IOC samples in October. He faxed me the results and nitrate was indeed on the lest. I assume this was a data entry error. I have emailed Chuck Michael and the DMCE the results and have asked that the violation be removed ACTION NEEDED: Resolve when the sample result had been entered into website. | ||
