Details:	SUMMARY: Source Failure and Pressure Problems DETAILS: Bear Creek has 105 connections and is composed of an infiltration gallery, and a reservoir. Raw water is chlorinated and distributed throughout the system. HBH was contacted by the PUC when it was notified that the water system had emergency supply issues. I visited the water system to inspect the existing conditions and investigated the reason for loss of pressure throughout the system. Problems with the infiltration gallery and gallery pump were identified. Also, the distribution system appears to be leaking large quantities of water. A testing procedure was developed to test for this. ACTION NEEDED: Provide further assistance with funding application if requested.
