| Details: | SUMMARY: CT Tracer Study DETAILS: The City owns and operates a surface water system that provides water to 1,700 people through 720 connections. Water from the Illinois River is treated by a conventional filtration plant prior to disinfection with gaseous chlorine. HBH was contacted by the system to provide assistance with a contact tracer study to determine the amount of contact time in the treatment plant clearwell/reservoir before the first user. HBH met with the operator on-site to determine operational conditions for the tracer testing. ACTION NEEDED: Develop methodology, coordinate with DWP Staff and perform tracer testing. | ||
