Details:	SUMMARY: Asbestos violation DETAILS: Spoke with Jim and he indicated the system does not have any asbestos-cement piping. I emailed him the waiver form to submit to the state. We also discussed the CCR--s and Ordinance or Enabling Authority and their current status on the website. Jim indicated the CCR for 2009 had been submitted and that the ordinance or enabling authority had been submitted many years ago. I will follow up with the state regarding the status. Additionally we discussed the assessment sampling the system did in 2010. They have completed 13 months of sampling with not presence fo TC. I informed him that most likely he could discontinue monitoring. I will verify this with the state. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up with asbestos waiver to resolve violation.
