| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation investigation DETAILS: Received test results from test taken 9/28/10. Evidently the results were never sent in by the school or the lab. There was to have been a change of sample site also due to a change in configuration of sinks in kitchen. Facility changed all the pipe in the building s back in 1998 and also installed a limestone contactor that year. The only pipe that couldnt be changed is the piece to the break room kitchen. It is still copper and lead solder and failed in the past.. Thus the need for the contractor. ACTION NEEDED: Results to database. | ||
