| Details: | All deficiencies from 12/2/19 survey corrected. -No current operator - George and Ron both attended SGWO course and submitted forms 7/31/2020 -No ASR - 2019 ASR submitted 6/24/2020 -No CCR - 2019 CCR submitted 6/25/2020 *SDWIS shows deficiency for well setback. This is noted checked on the deficiency check list but not noted on the survey? The old well is near the new well, but was properly constructed and not a hazard. Well may be abandoned in future. |
