Details:	10/1718 survey noted inadequate setbacks to hazards for the Sun Mountain, Varco and Young wells. -Paint and fuels in the pump house at the Sun Mountain well were removed immediately. -Owner expanded the easement around the Varco well and fenced the 100' circle. A small portion of the 100' setback is on another property and an easement will likely never be granted. These areas are hay fields and livestock in the area is rare and very light. -The Young well is in a private farm and setbacks cannot be expanded. We have helped the owner and the farm owner with BMPs to mitigate hazards around the well. These deficiencies have been addressed and mitigated as much as possible. Unless an additional easement can be gained for the Varco well and the Young well abandoned, these 2 wells will remain unapproved. Continued chemical and bacteriological sampling will ensure water quality.
