| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: One temporary routine coliform sample collected 1/31/11 positive. I spoke with Lee and he informed me this sample was collected at the source however, it was input into database as a distribution sample. 2/4/11 I emailed the state requesting the sample be reconsidered in terms of how it is input into the database so that repeats and additional temporary routines would not be required since the state is already aware that this source has repeatedly tested positive. 2/9/11 - The state changed the sample type to a source assessment sample and removed schedules for repeat and temporary routine sampling. I emailed Lee with information about monitoring requirements and which samples are due next. ACTION NEEDED: None | ||
