| Details: | SUMMARY: Reporting violation DETAILS: After discussing the violation with operator Ron Loe, I noticed the violation was assessed for the 1/1/1008 -12/31/10 monitoring period. The chemical schedule details indicate they are on a 9 year schedule with the monitoring period being from 1/1/2008- 12/31/2016. I emailed Chuck Michael and asked him to look into this. The schedule was apparently changed after the violations were generated but before they went on line. ACTION NEEDED: Violation resolved | ||
