| Details: | SUMMARY: Deactivate system 2/16/11 DETAILS: Mark Railton received my letter dated 2/15 today. He called my office and spoke with me over the phone whereby Mark indicated the system was no longer using the go well system, but rather had hooked into the Kerby Water District and was now utilizing this water system. Since the system is no longer utilizing the gw well system it can be deactivated 2/16/11. I will verify at a later date and submit a future contact report that the system is using the Kerby Water District and the gw system has been disconnected. ACTION NEEDED: Take samples | ||
