| Details: | Today contact was made with the operator via email. The following was discussed in the email...this firm is on a bottle water only boil notice due to confirmed E. coli. The firm is now listed as a priority non-complier due to violation points accrued. The firm is required to replace the sanitary seal on the wellhead as this was a deficiency noted in the recent survey. It was then recommended that the firm shock the well then flush until no residual chlorine is measurable. Information on shocking the well and the well log were sent via email to the operator. Once the well has been flushed of residual chlorine, the firm will need to take 3 temporary routine samples and submit them during the month of October. | ||
