| Details: | SUMMARY: Responded to arsenic alert DETAILS: System currently on quarterly arsenic sampling. The plant is not operating as of November 29, 2010 per water survey conducted in November 2010. Quarterly sample is .011 over the MCL. Public notice required to be issued/updated and a copy submitted to Lane County when plant reopens. Written proposal to Lane County for updates on plan review, arsenic treatment etc. Also required. Bottle water is still being supplied to system when in operation. ACTION NEEDED: Public notice requires updating with new arsenic levels. To remain posted until issue resolve. | ||
