Details: SUMMARY: Coliform positive DETAILS: Upon review of system violations this system received a violation for not reporting temporary routine samples for December. On December 20, 2010 the system sent electronic copies of their lab reports to me. All were listed as absent. I assumed the problem had been resolved. Upon further review the company that took the samples did not report to the lab that they were samples for a public water system. One of those distribution samples was positive. Apparently the company was just hired to obtain samples for the system. The operator was notified and five temporary samples will be submitted for February ACTION NEEDED: Wait for results of February samples.
