| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert-E.Coli/Coliform on repeat samples 7/27/07 DETAILS: 2 of the repeat tests done on 7/27/07 were positive for E. Coli and Total Coliform, a third was +TC. The restaurant was closed to the public on July 31st and August 1st. A continuous chlorination system was installed by Judson Inc (PR #79-2007). A chlorine residual is now being maintained at 1.0 ppm and checked and logged twice daily by Chris. 4 repeat samples were taken. Restaurant reopened for weekend using bottled water and bagged ice. 8-7-2007 Chris called and reported all 4 repeat tests were clean. Chris is taking 5 temporary routines during August. Restaurant resumed normal operation. I discussed with Chris the conditional approval of the disinfection system and asked him to contact Sunny at Judsons and submit the data requested for final approval to Tom Charbonneau at the State DHS DWP.
