| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform alert DETAILS: I contacted operator Byron by phone and notified him of the alert. He does not know why it is positive. The lab took the sample. I informed him to do 4 repeat samples and one source sample, he is now using ozone for disinfection. I also asked him to do 5 temporary routine samples next month. Byron said he will contact the state to get Plan Review approval for the ozone. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
