| Details: | SUMMARY: Ecoli positive repeat DETAILS: I contacted Byron by phone and informed him of the alert for Ecoli. I asked him to do 5 confirmation samples at the source (well) and informed him of the boil water notice requirement. He will post boil water notices through out buildings and a do not drink the sign at the water fountain. I requested a fax of the boil water notice and also asked him to fax a copy to the state. If 5 confirmations are Ecoli negative then boil water notice may be lifted if ozone system complies with state requirements., yet to be determined pending plan review. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
