| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up regarding lead DETAILS: Sample taken in 2009 exceeded the lead alert level was not a representative sample. The system agreed to take a replacement sample in 2010 however this sample was taken outside of the required sampling period June-September. We discussed taking another sample this spring early June before school is out for the summer. Jeff agreed to follow up with this and submit the sample in 2011. Additionally, the system is going through the plan review process to switch to a membrane filtration system this summer. ACTION NEEDED: Ensure lead sample is submitted in 2011 | ||
