| Details: | Emailed Scott letting him know that one of the repeat samples and the source sample were both coliform positive. I will get back with him on whether or not we still have to do a level 2 investigation since the samples were turned in on time, but were not absent. Scott had spoken to someone at the state that told him that if he cleaned up and shocked the system, then had a negative sample that he wouldn't have to add disinfection. I emailed my state liaison to get clarification on this item. Scott will take his monthly routine sample again next month. | ||
