| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: 4 positive coliform samples were returned ACTION NEEDED: Instructed system to take 5 routine samples in January, positive from late November was confirmed. Reason for positives, the systems chlorine injector failed and was not injecting chlorine into the system. The system has no chlorine residual at the time of testing in November and December. System was repaired and a residual is now available for the system. | ||
