| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform alert DETAILS: Received call from Mr. Beebe that he had been notified by the lab that they had a fecal coliform. I told him to do a boil water order and take his 4 repeats. Later I received the state alert and it was a total coliform not fecal. I called Mr. Beebe to tell him he didnt have to do a boil water notice. Called the lab to inform them they needed to get 4 repeats one at the source. ACTION NEEDED: Follow sampling results. | ||
