| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform follow up DETAILS: Contacted Roy about positive routine and he said they did some work on the pump a couple of months ago after their last routine sample in October of 2010. The system did not have a current coliform sampling plan. I mailed Roy a copy of the coliform sampling plan for him to fill out. He did not know the addresses that he would use for the repeat locations. I explained that he needed to take 4 repeats, 3 in distribution and one at the well, ASAP. He said he would do that.
