| Details: | SUMMARY: Nitrate alert DETAILS: Received alert for nitrate level of 10.4 for EP-E. Contacted operator to inform her of results. Operator states this is not an Entry Point result this is an individual well result. The system has not been submitting a blended sample as required for the entry point requirement, instead, they have been submitting source samples for both wells on entry point. ACTION NEEDED: State requests both wells be sampled individually and submitted with in 24 hours. System needs to start submitting a true blended sample from EP-E to satisfy monitoring requirements. Continue quarterly nitrate samples at EP-E until further notice. | ||
