| Details: | SUMMARY: Monitoring violation DETAILS: Tim contacted me in late 2010 asking me about what chemical sampling was needed and if there were any other labs available because he was very displeased with the service he had received. I let him know of other labs in the area and let him know that IOCs were due before the end of the year. I contacted him and he indicated that IOC sampling had been taken and should be on the way to the state. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor for sample results. | ||
