| Details: | Received a call from Karl at GrandRonde Community Water on 10/8/2020. Repeat samples and a triggered sample came back TC+. I let him know that he will need to conduct a coliform investigation. On 10/9/2020 we received an alert for the 3 repeat samples and triggered samples. I called Karl at 9:20 am and left him a VM. I let him know that we have to conduct a Level 2 investigation and set up a time for Jim S or myself to come out. Jim S set up an appointment with Karl next Friday (10/16/2020) to conduct a Level 2 investigation. |
