Details: | SUMMARY: water system on boil water due to water loss DETAILS: A field visit was made after learning the water system had been without water since 03/30/11. The pump repair personnel were on site replacing the well pump. The well pump had gone down as it was cycling full-time due to water leakage at the mobile home park. Roberto was trying to locate and fix any detected leaks before the water is turned back on. A boil water notice was given to Roberto. Once the water is resumed, the boil water is to stay in effect until a clean bacteria result is received from the lab. Water sample should be collected early next week (April 4). ACTION NEEDED: Residents had been verbally informed of the boil water and a paper notice was also given to Roberto. He will translate into Spanish for the non-english speaking residents. As soon as the water service is restored, a bacteria sample is to be collected and sent to the lab for analysis. |
