| Details: | SUMMARY: loss of pressure DETAILS: Dustin called today to report that EWEB had lost positive pressure for an isolated area of the distribution system, blanton heights affecting 24 customers. EWEB was following the BMPs published in 2009 by drinking water advisory council regarding loss of pressure. After threee minutes, the pressure came back up to normal ranges and EWEB was flushing and watching the chlorine residual closely. They did not immediately know the cause of the loss in pressure. A boil water notice notice was left on the affected residences doors until clear test results indicate the water is safe to drink. ACTION NEEDED: none at this time. | ||
