| Details: | SUMMARY: Update on corrective action DETAILS: Spoke with Mike and discussed the contact report from September 2009 indicating that Water Quaility Parameter (WQPs) were required and never received. Mike doesnt remember if he took them or not. Mailed mike corrective action letter indicating step by step what is required for lead 7 copper rule when exceeding the MCl. Also mailed the 3T lead & copper manual for schools, public education material and public notice template. ACTION NEEDED: Take WQP. Submit results and letter to lane County by may 10, 2011 with recommendation for treatment etc. | ||
