| Details: | SUMMARY: Update DETAILS: Received email from operator requesting an extension deadline for shock chlorination 3/16/11. The well shack has been cleaned out and the maintenance to the well have been repaired ( top of well sealed, vent installed with screen). The water system plans to shock chlorinate on 3/23/11 or 3/24/11. ACTION NEEDED: Special samples recommended 5 days after shock chlorination complete. Next coliform sample required April-June for 2nd quarter sample | ||
