| Details: | SUMMARY: Respond to monitoring violation DETAILS: spoke with Pat and she is no longer the primary contact. She said the system is no longer feeding off of Cleawox Lake. A new well was installed in Summer 2010 Conditional Plan Review approval by Fred Kaylish. Requested the contact information for the new operator and discussed the requirements for quarterly coliform samples and yearly nitrate samples. A water change form has been filled out and submitted to the data team in Portland for the source change. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
