Details:	SUMMARY: Respond to violation DETAILS: Spoke with Jerry and every time the system received a positive routine sample the state required 4 repeat samples and source water sample. System does not have iron removal treatment or hardness removal. A water change form has been filled out and sent up to the data management team. All further positive coliform samples will require only 4 repeat total with 1 sample from the source. ACTION NEEDED: Routine sample required before the end of march 2011. 5 temporary routine samples required by the end of April 2011.
