Details: SUMMARY: Respond to monitoring violation DETAILS: Spoke to Gary and no repeat samples or temporary routine samples were submitted in December/January. Gary was dealing with family issues and did not have the ability to submit the samples. Told Gary to make sure to check the chlorine residual in the distribution at least 2x a week and to get the 1st quarterly sample submitted before the end of March 2011 ACTION NEEDED: Sample required before March 31, 2011
