| Details: | SUMMARY: System violations not occurring DETAILS: Someone complained to DEQ that Leo is burying materials on the property. DEQ contacted DWP asking for any information on the system. Apparently the database has not been reporting violations for the system as no data has been submitted for a number of years. It is also possible that the facility is no longer a public water system. ACTION NEEDED: Coos County or State personnel should visit site to evaluate current population and connection count. | ||
