| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Faye from Neilson Research left a message regarding positive coliform. 3/11/11 - Faye informed me that a sample from space #18 on well #2 loop tested positive. I informed her that a source sample from well #1 would not be needed. Neilson collected a source sample from well #2, space 5 and 20 yesterday but did not have access to space 18 and will try again today at space 18. ACTION NEEDED: See next alert | ||
