| Details: | SUMMARY: Nitrate exceeds 50% of the mcl DETAILS: Nitrate sample collected 2/2/11 tested at 6.52ppm that exceeds 505 of mcl. Nitrate monitoring needs to increase to quarterly. See attached letter. 3/15/11 - I sent an email to the state requesting nitrate monitoring schedule be revised. ACTION NEEDED: Quarterly nitrate needs to begin the second quarter of 2011 | ||
