| Details: | SUMMARY: Repeat collected 2/4/11 positive for coliform DETAILS: 2/4/11 - Per Neilson Research and the state only one of 4 repeat samples were labeled Jimmy all the repeats came from the distribution system. I spoke with Jimmy today and advised him to collect a triggered source sample tomorrow and emailed him a copy of the Tier 2 public notice. The corrective action in this case is to select a good sample tap to collect 5 temporary routines. 2/8/11 - The triggered source sample collected on 2/8/11 negative. ACTION NEEDED: A good sample tap needs to be selected and used to collect five temporary routines in March | ||
