| Details: | SUMMARY: Filtration Systems Pre-Filter ID DETAILS: Josephine Co Parks purchased a Filtration Systems cartridge/bag filter from the DWP-approved list. The pre-filter was identified as a 500A, which differed from the DWP-approved list. It then became apparent that Filtration Systems Challenge Study incorrectly identified the pre-filter. JCP may continue to use the unit, and will be notified if Filtration Systems fails to prove the Challenge Study pre-filter was a 500A. ACTION NEEDED: Farrelly contacted Filtration Systems requesting proof on the pre-filter ID. | ||
