Details: SUMMARY: Nonreporting violation DETAILS: I contacted Tony and informed him of the overdue monitoring. He was not aware that is was overdue. I informed him the tests cannot be taken until June -Sept. He said he would make sure the tests were scheduled. ACTION NEEDED: Lead & copper monitoring summer 2011
