Details: SUMMARY: Nonreporting coliform DETAILS: I contacted Charlie and he thought since the system closed on Oct 31, they did not have to take a fourth quarter sample. I explained if you operate during the quarter you must sample. Charlie requested I send him a letter outlining the monitoring requirements of the system. ACTION NEEDED: 2nd quarter 2011 routine coliform sample
