| Details: | Anna stated she did not have many sample bottles, so would plan to take repeats at the two positive sites and EH to confirm how many more tests would be required and by when. Rebecca Templin and Angela Scott sent Anna emails: 3 repeats and 1 trigger/source sample required now, and will schedule on-site Coliform Level 2 Investigation after test results received. Noted to Anna not to forget chlorine residual on sample submittal forms, and chlorine residuals should be tested and recorded on-site. Also attached coliform sampling plan template. Plan to follow-up with phone call to Anna soon today. Note: Phone number currently in SDWIS no longer good. | ||
